The Not Quite Fall Rosé Sangria

It’s officially fall but the weather still feels like we’re practically in the dead of summer and I don’t know about you but that makes my drink choices a bit conflicted. Part of me is red-sangria-1still craving wine that’s light and fruity and the other part is ready for something deeper and more complex. Luckily Pinterest came to my rescue (again) and delivered numerous late summer/early fall wine cocktails perfect for sipping before we hit sweater weather.

Since rosé is the wine for all seasons here in Florida, I knew it’d be the perfect start to my fall-ish cocktail. Not too dry and not too sweet, a good rosé really can pair great with almost anything. Not to mention you can get a decent bottle of rosé for under $15 so you don’t have to feel guilty about mixing it in a cocktail. All of that is what lead me here. To the Fall-ish Rosé Sangria. Enough talking about it, let’s get into how to make it, shall we?


  • 1  bottle Dry Rosé (try this one)
  • 1/2 cup Brandy
  • 1/2 cup Grand Marnier
  • 2 cups Club Soda
  • 2  Oranges, sliced
  • 2 Limes, sliced
  • 1 cup Cherries


  • Add all of your fruit to the bottom of a pitcher.
  • Pour the bottle of rosé, brandy, Grand Marnier into the pitcher and top with the club soda.
  • Stir all of the ingredients together.
  • Let all the sangria sit in the fridge and “marinate” for a bit to let all of the ingredients mix together properly (optional).
  •  Pour the finished mixture into a tall glass with ice.
  • Enjoy!
