Sunday Sippin’: Rosemary Gimlet

A simplistic cocktail, the Gimlet dates back to the late 1800s when sailors would sip gin and lime juice to combat scurvy. Today, the Gimlet serves as a go-to for cocktail lovers worldwide. With the addition of rosemary to our rendition, this cocktail becomes a flavorful version of the original.

2 oz Tito’s Vodka
1 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
Sprig of Rosemary
1 Lime

Remove both ends of the lime then cut in half. Remove the middle white vein in each half of lime. Cut the halves into quarters and add to a mixing glass. Add the rosemary simple syrup and muddle. Add vodka and ice to the mixing glass. Shake well and pour into a glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
