2 oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Rhubarb Bitters
Add lemon juice and strawberries to a mixing glass and muddle together. Add simple syrup, rhubarb bitters, bourbon and basil leaves. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a sliced and fanned strawberry and basil sprig.
