Rosé alllllll day!

Spring has arrived. And while many are busy prepping their gardens and enjoying the warmer weather, wine enthusiasts are gearing up for what I affectionately like to call “Rosé season.” The popularity of rosé continues to grow in the United States, with those from the south of France leading the pack. And nothing tastes better than a chilled bottle of rosé on a warm spring afternoon in Florida.

I am proud to boast that ABC Fine Wine & Spirits has one of the finest selections in Florida. From easy-drinking Provence Rosé to slightly sweet versions from the United States, you are certain to find a favorite among our selection.

Here are a few of my go-to bottles to seek out next time you visit us!

Domaine L’Ostal Cazes Rosé, IGP Pays d’OC, Southern France

A 50/50 blend of Grenache and Syrah, this showcase a pale pink color with notes of fresh berries and rose petals. It’s fresh and light, perfect to serve with a salad or grilled chicken. This is a favorite among the ABC wine team.

Elouan Rosé, Oregon

Made by Joseph Wagner, founder of Meiomi Pinot Noir in California, this showcases deep flavors of raspberries and strawberries, balanced by a refreshing acidity. It carries a slight sweetness on the finish. Perfect for someone wanting something a little different in Rosé.

Bleu de Mer by Magrez, IGP Pays d’OC, Southern France

The Bleu de Mer is brand new to ABC from one of the finest producers in France. This blend of Grenache and Cinsault is all about finesse and elegance. You can pair this with just about anything, but I prefer it on its own, well chilled, enjoyed while hanging out in your favorite outdoor spot.
